There are several ways in the Startnext universe to tell what moves you or leave encouraging words.

We highly recommend our public Office Hour to be the frist place for your topics concerning the platform usage itself. You'll find us there in person via zoom on a daily basis.

Talk to a project starter

Write a direct message

• Log in to your account.
• Go to your account menu, by clicking on your account in the upper right corner.
• Open the tab 'Supported projects'.
• Click on 'Message to starter'.

Write an email

On the project pages, under the project description, you will find the imprint with the contact email.

Write a public message 

You'll find the wall on the projects page. You need to be logged in, in order to write a comment.

Common questions from the crowd are e.g.

• Is crowdfunding the right thing for my idea?
• How much will it cost me to use Startnext?
• When will the the money of the support be debited?
• The funding phase is over, how and when do I get the money?
