Der Verein Erdling wird nicht durch Massengemüsehaltung satt. Nein! Die Erdlinge nehmen ihr Gemüse selbst in die Hand und sind dabei gut im Beet!

Es gibt Wege im Einklang mit der Natur zu landwirtschaften - konkret: ernten und zugleich den Bodenzustand verbessern. Dies verfolgt der Verein Erdling als solidarische Landwirtschaft seit drei Jahren. Wir behandeln unsere Anbauflächen so, dass der Boden seine aktive Lebendigkeit wieder zurückerhält. Damit bleibt er Kulturgut, auf dem nachfolgende Generationen ihre Existenz aufbauen können.
