Die Zutaten werden nach biologischen Grundsätzen in der Region angebaut, hier verarbeitet und wandern auch nur hier über die Ladentheke. Neben der Regionalität steht Havelmi*** für ein enkeltaugliches Wirtschaften, eine transparente Struktur und die größtmögliche Mitbestimmung aller Beteiligten.
