Wir holen die Lebensmittelproduktion zurück in die Stadt und bauen Pilze auf Kaffeesatz an. »Kasseler Bunkerpilz« steht für nachhaltig, lokal, urban: Wir sorgen dafür, dass der Kaffeesatz direkt vor Ort sinnvoll genutzt wird und produzieren leckere Austernpilze für Genießer*innen. Außerdem nutzen wir leerstehende Räume mitten in der Stadt und zeigen damit, dass Landwirtschaft im urbanen Raum möglich ist.
