Besondere kulturelle Schöpfungen der Menschheit werden im UNESCO Weltkulturerbe geschützt. Zumeist sind dies prachtvolle Bauten. Weniger bekannt ist das immaterielle Weltkulturerbe. Hier geht es nicht um in Stein gemeißelte Zeugen vergangener Epochen, sondern um lebendige Ausdrucksformen einer Kultur. 1997 wurde Tango Argentino zum immateriellen Kulturerbe ernannt. Was macht diesen Tanz so besonders? Wer sind die Menschen, durch den er lebt? Ich bin diesen Fragen auf die Spur gegangen.
