VEDA (AT) wird ein Science Fiction Film aus Deutschland. Die Welt im Jahre 2070. Die Gesellschaft regiert von Scheinregierungen, diese wiederrum regiert von einem kleinen Teil der selbsternannten gesellschaftlichen Elite.In dieser Welt führt der 16-jahrige Fluchtlingsjunge Devran eine Gruppe Straßenkinder in einer großen Stadt in Deutschland an. Bis sich an einem Tag alles ändert, sich Unbekannte für Devran interessieren und VEDA aktiv wird.
