Das Buch „Tote haben keine Lobby“ von Sabine Rückert war die Inspiration zum Drehbuch "Weiber!". Rückert belegt den Umstand, dass JEDER ZWEITE MORD in Deutschland durch untätige Staatsanwaltschaften, unzulängliche Gesetze und überlastete Mordkommissionen unentdeckt bleibt. Wer das nicht ausnutzt, ist selbst schuld... "Weiber!" ist eine rabenschwarze, manchmal bittere, aber immer warmherzige Komödie über drei ungleiche Schwestern, die zusammenhalten, komme wer oder was da wolle...
