PuMa Clips

Even though many municipal governments suffer from a lack of funding and have to constantly cut down on expanses, the citizenry expects a continual improvement of basic services. Strategic communal management provides a potential solution to this conflict of objectives. The crowdfunding project "PuMa Clips" (initiated by Harz University in Halberstadt/Wernigerode, Germany) aims at improving the knowledge about the principles of strategic management in German city and town halls.
