In an online meeting of about one hour I present my work concerning the translation of the "Great London-[url=https://www.rmo.nl/collectie/collectiezoeker/collectiestuk/?object=172309]Leiden magical papyrus".
You will receive an exclusive insight into the papyrus with a lot of illustrative material while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. On the basis of selected passages you will experience how to translate a magical text, how to reconstruct a ritual and what surprises you can expect when working on an ancient papyrus. You will learn how ancient magic manuals were created and structured, and at the end there will be time for questions and discussion.
Each meeting takes place with a maximum of 4 supporters.
