What is this project all about?
We love photos! We love Instagram! Do you also share your best moments on Instagram?
Using our iPhone and Android app, as well as our website you can create a photo book with these moments within only a few minutes. You can browse your and your friends profiles or search for photos using specific hashtags. You don’t even need to install additional software.
What is the project goal and who is the project for?
20squares grants every Instagram user the freedom to transform digital impressions and experiences into an attractive and tangible analog form.
It is important to us that you can create your photo book swiftly and at a reasonable price, without cumbersome software installation or time-consuming image editing.

Why would you support this project?
20squares gives you a unique mobile and web app, that accesses the Instagram photo database and makes it possible to create photo book about specific topics by using the hashtag search. The best photos are presorted which allows you to create your individual photo book fast, efficient, simple and sustained. It is easy for your photos to get lost in the digital datatrash. We want to make sure that you always have your favorite moments at your fingertips.
How will we use the money if the project is successfully funded?
The app is almost completed and awaits roll-out. To facilitate the launch, we are dependent on a start-up financing.
On reaching the funding threshold we want to realize the following:
- completing the app
- developing the Online-editor for creating your photo book in your browser
- building an organizational structure
On reaching the funding target:
additional marketing budget, to bring our idea into people’s heads
Who are the people behind the project?
Julius studies Communication Design and cares for creation. The CEO is Johannes, who is currently studying business administration. Bianca is on maternity leave and together with Andreas, who already has his own company, they organize online marketing.
