Ossi JoNasty (34) und Wossi HennaFontana (27) begeben sich auf mehreren ungewöhnlichen Gefährten auf eine dokumentarische Heimatreise durch Brandenburg, Sachsen und Thüringen. In Interviews finden sie heraus, was die Wende mit den hiesigen Leuten und Städten gemacht hat und wie diese sich selbst, die Jugend von heute und die Welt gerade so sehen. Dabei erleben sie Abenteuer und lernen die schöne Vielfalt der Länder kennen.
