In dem Projekt BOREAL geht es um die Entstehung eines charmanten und gemütlichen Biergartens auf der Wiese neben dem Kulturzentrum Schlachthof und dem Nordstadtpark. Dieser soll in den Sommermonaten betrieben werden und als freier Gestaltungsraum, Veranstaltungsort und Treffpunkt in der Nordstadt fungieren.
