Gemeinsam mit Fachkräften (Psycholog*innen, Unternehmensberater*innen) geben Geflüchtete Workshops zu Themen wie Widerstandsfähigkeit oder Diversität.

Unsere Tandem-Workshops bieten eine Kombination aus Expertenwissen (Psychologie, Organisationsberatung, Kommunikation) und Flucht- & Lebenserfahrung (Ankunft, Integration). Unsere Teammitglieder mit Fluchterfahrung erhalten in einem individuell angepassten Coaching alles, was sie benötigen, um ihre Sichtweise und ihre eigenen Erfahrungen in Workshops einzubringen. Im lebendigen und kreativen Diskurs mit allen Teilnehmer*innen entstehen so in unseren Workshops neue, innovative Denkansätze.
