Kochbuch mit Rezepten meiner dominikanischen Gastfamilie

Während eines halbjährigen Schulaufenthaltes in der Dominikanischen Republik werde ich Rezepte, Fotos und Geschichten für ein Kochbuch sammeln. Ich werde bei einer Gastfamilie leben und hoffe, so nicht nur viele echt karibische Gerichte kennen zu lernen, sondern auch die Menschen, die diese kochen und deren Geschichten. Ab Februar nächsten Jahres werde ich dann aus dem gesammelten Material ein 40-seitiges Kochbuch erstellen. So könnt auch ihr einen Geschmack von der Karibik bekommen.
