Nachdem das traditionelle Bäckerhandwerk in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten hierzulande immer stärker in Vergessenheit geraten ist, entsteht seit März 2018 in der Röhrstraße 39 Weimars einzige Holzofenbäckerei. Neuartige und ausgefallene Gebäckkreationen hauchen alten Traditionen neues Leben ein. Dabei wird bewusst auf die Verwendung von Backmitteln und Zusatzstoffen verzichtet, ein Großteil der frischen Zutaten stammt aus der nahen Region. So entsteht ein geschmackvolles und gesundes Brot.
