Aus einem alten gemütlichen Bad soll ein neues gemütliches Bad werden und zusätzlich ein Teich zum Paddeln und Entspannen entstehen.

Das kleine und naturnahe Freibad in Ettersburg muss dieses Jahr saniert werden, denn sonst ist der weitere Betrieb in Gefahr. Technische und sicherheitsrelevante Probleme sollen behoben werden und mit der Sanierung wird das Bad gleichzeitig in ein Freizeitgelände verwandelt. Es soll ein Ort für Erholung, Kultur und Gemeinschaft entstehen, der Ettersburger und Gäste aus nah und fern zusammenbringt und bei jedem Wetter zu einem Besuch einlädt.
