GalaCon 2013 is a project of Bronies e.V. Stutgart. It's a Fan-Convention on 03./04.08.2013 in Ludwigsburg about the TV show „My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic“ in Germany with international approach. GalaCon is being paid for mostly by the ticket price.
