"Ne touchez pas ma terre, c'est ma terre." The concept of Grenzland derives from our necessity of protecting identities through the preservation of borders. Questioning the necessity of borders themselves and how far they are actually respected. “Grenzland” is not meant to offer solutions, but to highlight conflict as a daily challenge for people with different cultural backgrounds, who are living in a foreign environment.
