Hühnerhaltung ohne Kompromisse

Hofhühner zurück auf den Bauernhof! Lasst uns zeigen, dass es möglich ist, eine vielfältige, unabhängige und bäuerliche Hühnerhaltung aufzubauen. Mit Hühnern, die einen Platz im Betriebskreislauf haben. Mit Hennen, die nicht nach einem Jahr ausgelaugt ausgetauscht werden müssen. Mit Hähnen, die genug Zeit bekommen, zu einem tollen Produkt zu wachsen. In den letzten Jahren habe ich dafür sehr viel Wissen, Erfahrungen und alte Hühnerrassen zusammengetragen - jetzt soll der nächste Schritt folgen.

Im Januar habe ich für meine Berichte aus der Landwirtschaft und die Einblicke in die Anfänge des Hofhuhn-Projektes den "Goldenen Blogger" als "Bestes Heimatblog" gewonnen.

Auf dem Bornwiesenhof spielt sich für uns alles ab. Hier leben und arbeiten wir und hier versuchen wir unseren Idealen einer nachhaltigen Landwirtschaft nahe zu kommen.

In meinem Blog ver- und bearbeite ich meine Gedanken zur täglichen Arbeit und Politik und gebe Einblicke in das was auf dem Hof und in meinem Kopf so vor sich geht.
