Our group - La Cantonnade - is a young ensemble found by musicians from four different nations. What unites us is the passion of bringing previously unknown pieces of music from the past to life. Our debut CD is dedicated to the chamber music of the German composer and flutist, Jakob Friedrich Kleinknecht (1722-1794) from Bayreuth. Your support will help us make this music (in first recording!) audible and accessible to all.
