Crisis has been an ongoing issue for years. A lifestyle feeling we have become accustomed to. How do we perceive the crisis? Like a horror movie? Like a drama? Like a comedy? In our film we observe a small cosmos. A hospital on the verge of ruin. The banal in the face of the last things.
This project was deliberately produced outside the traditional production systems. With the freedom that opened this mode of production, we could experiment specifically with the genre, with narrative and performance modes. At the interface between theater and film viewing habits, we relish to question both.
Shooting the film has been finished. We have wonderful scenes and images with great actors. Sound problems require more elaborate postproduction than planned.
We are planning further episodes. we also want to conquer other genres. In a future step the audience will be asked to participate in an interactive network of narration / performance, and thus actively taking part in producing.
We need the money for editing, especially sound - editing. There are scenes that need to be re-dubbed. music has to be composed and the sound to be mixed.
Advertising and material costs will arise, in order to submit the film e.g. at festivals.
