Musikalisches Projekt zur Erschließung des Vokalwerks von Johann Kuhnau

Johann Kuhnau steht an der Schnittstelle der barocken Musik zwischen Schütz und Bach. In seinem Schaffen finden sich die Grundlagen für die Musik späterer Generationen. Das Ensemble OPELLA Musica hat sich zum Ziel gemacht, Kuhnaus Vokalwerke der Gegenwart wieder zugänglich zu machen. Parallel zu verschiedenen CD-Auskopplungen bei Label cpo erscheint im Pfefferkorn Musikverlag das Vokalwerk Kuhnaus in kritischer Edition.
