Jeder weiß, wenn wir lachen, fühlen wir uns wohl. Wann hast Du das letzte Mal so richtig lange und herzhaft gelacht? Heute, gestern, oder ist es schon länger her? Oder ist Dir oft gar nicht mehr zum Lachen? Mit Lachtraining überlassen wir das Wohlgefühl und die Freude nicht dem Zufall. Nach wenigen Minuten ist Dein Kopf frei von trüben Gedanken, und Dein Herz hüpft vor Freude. Du kannst selbst mitmachen, oder jemand dazu einladen.
