Normal hand dishwashing detergents contain around 80 % water. We only offer the relevant 20 % and leave out everything that does not necessarily have to go into a dishwashing detergent: plastic packaging, microplastics, mineral oil and fragrances and dyes.

What is this project all about?

Have you ever wondered why hand dishwashing detergent is always packed in plastic? Did you know that ordinary hand dishwashing detergents not only contain around 80% water, but often also mineral oil as well? ooohne is a hand dishwashing detergent in which we dispense with everything that does not belong in a detergent. ooohne is quite simple

without plastic
without mineral oil
without fragrances and dyes
without animal testing (ooohne is 100% vegan)
without water

ooohne comes to you as a powder in a box made of waste paper. You can mix it with tap water and you will get your liquid hand dishwashing detergent, which you can use as usual. Thanks to our concentrated vegetable surfactants you get full cleaning power with maximum sustainability.

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

ooohne is for everyone who wants to make a sustainable contribution to the environment.

Our goal:

Together with you we want to keep your dishes and our planet clean. Therefore we make the detergent shelf in the super market a bit more plastic-free and give you the opportunity to finally wash up with a clear conscience.

Who are the people behind the project?

Hello! We are Caro and Jan. With us it all started with the fact that we were looking for a really sustainable dishwashing detergent in vain. Ordinary washing-up liquid is not only packed in plastic and usually contains mineral oil, you also buy 80% water. This is how the dream of developing a brand for great detergents was born, where we think sustainability to the end!

We have another 1.000 ideas for further products based on the ooohne principle: only what really needs to be put in will get in.
