Plattsalat², der kleine selbstverwaltete und nicht gewinnorientiert arbeitende Bioladen im Stuttgarter Hallschlag plant einen Neustart. Die Idee dieses Mitglieder-Ladens ist, regionale und fair gehandelte Bioprodukte zu einem möglichst günstigen Preis in einem Stadtteil anzubieten, wo sich sonst kein Laden hält.
