Detsky Graffam works as a filmmaker in London and Berlin and has worked as a director and editor for the BBC, Channel 4, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. He is developing three feature film projects at present. Detsky has directed several award winning shorts. "Peace of Mind" won first prize in the Cobravision Awards, 2006. "How I Learned to Love Richard Gere" received the Caroline’s Comedy Emerging Talent Award at the Hamptons International Film Festival, 2008 and is distributed by Interfilm Berlin. "Slither" came second at the Berlin 7 Going Underground Festival, 2008. "Down Under" won first prize in a short film competition held by 20th Century Fox and is distributed by Premium Films. Recently he has won the Best Pitch Award at In The Palace Short Film Festival, Varna, Bulgaria, for his upcoming short "90 Degrees North" ("90 Grad Nord").
