Viele Kunstwerke sind auf bewegende Weisse mit der Biographie der Künstler verbunden und schaffen es doch eine Brücke zum eigenen Leben aufzubauen. Gerade diese universelle Sprache macht Kunst so spannend. In dem Katalogprojekt "Beyond Fairy tales" werden zentrale Fragen in Verbindung zum künstlerischen Schaffen von Fahar Al Salih durchdacht: Was ist Heimat? Was heisst es zwischen Kulturen aufzuwachsen? Wie kann Kunst politische Ereignisse kommentieren? Wie sieht Hoffnung aus?
