Es entsteht ein Album mit einigen meiner absoluten Lieblingssongs. Darunter Lieder von Bruce Springsteen, Kris Kristofferson, Willy DeVille, u.a. Bei der Hauptspur um die sich alle Arrangements fügen, handelt es sich jeweils um eine: "One - Take - Aufnahme". Gitarre und Gesang sind in einem Fluss eingespielt. Die anderen Instrumente werden behutsam und auf das nötigste reduziert hinzugefügt. So entsteht ein schlichter und schnörkelloser Hörgenuss.
