Die Ausstellungsreihe "Story behind the dress" erweckt Gemälde & die Menschen in ihnen zum Leben. Nicht ohne politische Brisanz. Das Auftaktthema "Frauen, Macht & Flucht" erzählt Geschichten mutiger Frauen: in Form von Kurzfilmen, reproduzierten Gewändern & live Schauspiel im Museum. Realisiert wird das Projekt in 2018 im Rhein-Main Gebiet & geht von dort auf Wanderschaft. In den nächsten Jahren werden unter dem Thema "Story behind the dress" weitere spannenden Ausstellungen realisiert.
