The vegan deli counter in the heart of Munich for your plastic-free shopping of products such as tofu, tempeh, seitan and vegan alternatives.
For the renovations that will turn the shop into a really cool location and for our kitchen, where fresh delicacies will be prepared.
What we have planned
We would like to offer plant-based specialities from the deli counter and thus enable you to avoid plastic when shopping for vegan products. At first glance it looks like a pretty cool butcher shop, but the big difference - our products do not come from animals.
Our product selection
Our values
Partners
We prefer to purchase our products from regional producers. A cooperative partnership, shared values and trust are important to us.
Quality
It is important to us that as few additives and preservatives as possible are used in the production of our products.
Short transport distance
Our products should not have a long journey to us. Short transport routes keep our CO2 footprint low.
Our project is for everyone...
So far, the concept of the vegan deli counter does not yet exist - at least not in Munich - and we would certainly like to change that!
We believe that it is important to engage with the topic of healthy nutrition in these times. In particular, we should question our consumption of animal products and look at the impact of our decisions on nature, animals and fellow humans.
We would like to use the money to equip our shop really nicely so that you will always want to come back to us.
We are Ann-Kathrin and Sarah-Jane Lieck. We are not only sisters but also a great team :)
Over the past few years we have progressively moved away from a diet that included fish, meat and dairy products and now eat a purely plant based food.
We have dealt a lot with the topic of vegan nutrition, its positive effects on health, the climate and the life of our animal friends. It was soon clear to us that we would like to share our enthusiasm for vegan cuisine with others and make our contribution to a sustainable lifestyle. In addition, the dream of self-employment had long been in our heads and so one thing led to another - tadaaaaa the idea of the vegan deli counter was born.
