Der Ulenspegel in der Oldenburger Innenstadt steht seit 1977 für gelebte Kneipenkultur. Insbesondere Kultwirt Hartmut prägte diese Kneipe mit seinem unvergleichlichem Charme. Ab Herbst 2021 übernehmen wir, Sascha und Pascal, Biernerds und Gastronomen aus Leidenschaft, diese großartige Location und möchten ihr neues Leben einhauchen.
