Gastronomie im Stillstand – eine Deutschlandreise

WIRTE IM LOCKDOWN zeigt 192 Gastronomen während der Corona-Pandemie in ihren leeren Gaststätten. Ein weltweiter Virus ändert ihr Leben von einem auf den anderen Tag. Diesen jähen Bruch wollten wir dokumentieren – zunächst in München. Mit dem zweiten Lockdown weitete sich das Projekt auf 14 deutsche Städte aus.  Jedes Portrait ist eine Matrix des Stillstands, jeder Begleittext im Bildband ein Blick durchs Schlüsselloch. Das hochwertige Coffeetable Book erscheint im Eigenverlag.
