27th edition of the international short film festival in Marburg an der Lahn - as a hybrid festival!

RESTART: HYBRID! The 27th OpenEyes Filmfest Marburg in 2021 is dedicated to the topic of "invisibility". After having to cancel last year due to a pandemic, this year it will take place as a hybrid festival. We are again planning a diverse and ambitious program of international short films, which will in any case be accessible online and - depending on official requirements - will also be presented open-air on site. For the upcoming edition we need your help!

Liebe Funder:innen,
wir haben Neuigkeiten für euch!
Nach langem Hin und Her haben wir nun endlich alle benötigten Genehmigungen, um stattfinden zu können.
Wir werden das 27. OpenEyes Filmfest in zwei Etappen veranstalten:

PART I wird wie geplant vom 21.-25. Juli als physische Open-Air-Veranstaltung stattfinden. Von Mittwoch bis Sonntag zeigen wir 5 Abendprogramme live und physisch auf dem Parkplatzareal des g-Werks in Marburg. Der Filmton wird über Funkkopfhörer ausgegeben.

PART II wird vom 04. - 11.08. online stattfinden.

In PART II: On-Demand werden wir das gesamte Wettbewerbsprogramm (5 Abendprogramme + 6 weitere Themen- / Kategorieblöcke) on-demand anbieten.

Parallel wird es in PART II: Interaktiv die Möglichkeit geben, das digitale Festivalgelände zu besuchen und dort mit anderen Zuschauer:innen und Filmschaffenden ins Gespräch zu kommen.
