Are you active for the sake of your body? Then take care of yourself with a good drink too! Conventional isotonic sports drinks contain additives, which are far better to do without. We rely on natural electrolytes from baobab and coconut water. BAOWOW Hydration is the first natural isotonic thirst quencher with directly traded organic ingredients. Your funding contributes to the income of about 3,500 families in rural Zimbabwe.

Zutaten, Nährwerte & Anwendung von BAOWOW Hydration

Wir wurden in den letzten Tagen, insbesondere von den Sportlern unter Euch, nach den Zutaten und Nährwerten von BAOWOW Hydration gefragt. Daher hier eine Übersicht:

  • Kokosblütenzucker*
  • Kokoswasserpulver*
  • Baobabpulver*
  • Maltodextrin*
  • Zitronensaftpulver*
  • Natriumcitrat


* aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau.

Auf einen Liter bezogen liefert BAOWOW Hydration:

  • 272kcal
  • 60g Kohlenhydrate, 45g davon aus Zucker (Saccharose)
  • 1000mg Natrium

Für 250ml Flüssigkeit reichen 20g des Pulvers, für 500ml entsprechend 40g. Es kann einfach in Wasser aufgelöst werden.

Somit ist BAOWOW Hydration eine gute Quelle für Kohlenhydrate und Natrium, zwei Nährstoffe die wichtig sind bei ausdauernder sportlicher Leistung.
