Die allgemeinen Unterstützungsmaßnahmen der Politik verfehlen ihre wirtschaftssichernde Wirkung, da der Outgoingtourismus auch von anderen Regierungen abhängig ist und einen deutlich längeren Atem benötigt als jede andere Branche.
