The secret for confession prevails!

Have you sinned lately? Of course. We all have. Therefore quickly off to confession! But for God's sake where to? Our idea: In order to offer the confession-to-go, a priest receives the confessions of the sinners in a container. He himself was addicted to carnal sin. As punishment he now sits in the container. In the fictional comedy series, the viewer takes a keyhole perspective at confessions. With your support we will be able to realize the series.

What is this project all about?

We have already produced 5 pilot episodes. These episodes have received a lot of recognition and some awards at film festivals. (Which unfortunately brings in no money.) Now the follow-up of the award-winning production with at least 10 more episodes of "Man for Sin". Short witty to dramatic confessions are produced. We make comedy for the situations in between: quickly watch an episode of "the Man for Sin" and your smile is back. In each episode you, the viewer, are present at an intimate confession. In each confession a well-known actor will meet our confessor Wolfgang. The story is told with black to sarcastic humour. You can see some examples on our YouTube channel www.youtube.com/WolfgangMR

What is the project goal and who is the project for?

Creation of a successful web series, with regular new episodes. The series is aimed at all viewers who have sinned before. We will also format the series specifically for mobile viewing. Who wants to co-produce?

Why would you support this project?

It's about more than just comedy. It's about our sins and the big (and small) questions of life. The priest in the series helps us sinners to get our lives under control. We address issues that affect us all. In effect, we find the themes of the series also in conversation with real priests.

We offer high acting quality and original ideas. The series has been very well received at the web festivals. It has already received many prizes for the 5 pilot episodes. With the campaign we will be able to continue the success story of the "Man for Sin". www.youtube.com/wolfgangMR

Production of at least 10 episodes (1st financing target) or 20 episodes (2nd financing target).

Who are the people behind the project?

The project is produced by Joachim Jung. The actor Hannes Hellmann, well-known from film, television and theater, plays the "Man for Your Sins". Anina Diener is responsible for the costumes, Production Design and Co-Production.
