Eine Gruppe Anwohner glaubt, den Tunesier Karim beim Ladendiebstahl erwischt zu haben. Dieser kann sich nicht verständigen, weil er kein Deutsch versteht. Als Karim sich zur Wehr setzt, überwältigt die Gruppe ihn und fesselt ihn auf dem Parkplatz davor an einen Baum, wo sie ihm eigenhändig den "Prozess" machen, um den Beweis für den Diebstahl zu finden. Dafür ist ihnen jedes Mittel recht.
