The H.O.P.E. project - named for humans on planet earth - is about inspiring more climate-friendly behavior in all of us. Inside the H.O.P.E. app, Jimmy is guiding you through simple, playful steps to actively integrate climate protection into your everyday life. The H.O.P.E. modules circle various areas of life such as "Mobility" and "Nutrition". App users achieve rewards in the form of points and badges for climate-friendly behavior. We walk you through the how-to right here on our website.

The H.O.P.E. app goes beyond just inspiring you to be more climate-friendly all by yourself. The "Friends" module lets users build a network and connect with their friends. As a result, climate friends inspire each other toward a new level of real-life climate protection.

The app aims to guide users based on playfulness and a joy of discovery. At the same time, we never lose sight of our significant goals circling a serious situation. Rather, we rely on the joy of small adventures to help us evolve toward our big goal.

For example: From the get-go, the app will run on its own time, the H.O.P.E. seasons. The first H.O.P.E. season will last about 2-3 months. As our first season comes to a close, all points collected by the users will be converted into real-life support for global climate protection projects . That way, we link everyday climate-friendly habits with large-scale climate protection measures.

We're here to prove: Climate protection can and should be fun!

The overarching goal of H.O.P.E. - humans on planet earth, and the associated app is to protect our climate and thus the habitat of mankind, safeguarding our continued existence.

Along the way, H.O.P.E. is pursuing the following goals: We support the users of the app in maximizing their climate protection potential. Every H.O.P.E. user in turn supports and inspires their environment toward more climate-friendliness. Society is evolving toward climate awareness and protection. Building on this, we are developing a more climate-friendly economy, influencing politics along the way.

H.O.P.E. aims at global change growing from the heart of the people, starting a movement that inspires and infuses society (more on this in “Why should I support this project?”).

The H.O.P.E. app is catering to everyone on the planet who has an app-compatible device – across all ages, genders, cultural and professional backgrounds - and wants to contribute to protecting the planet in its current form. H.O.P.E. is aimed at everyone whose heart is set on protecting the human species from extinction.

H.O.P.E. is a guide toward a climate-conscious life.

We understand our current human situation as a unique opportunity. Together, we can slow down the climate crisis and thus ensure the survival of many species. No matter how big and unclaimable a mission might seem: the path to fruition is one of small steps. H.O.P.E. aims to inspire us humans to take these small steps.

We've managed to cover a good distance on our own, and it's led us right here. Going forward, we need your support to publish the H.O.P.E. app. How? We're glad you asked. In addition to the financial aspect, we're looking forward to grow the app alongside your ideas and skills.

If financing is successful, we'll be able to launch the H.O.P.E. app, which we've been developing since 2018. Implementation has been going on since the beginning of 2020. We are on the final meters toward publication.

Your financial support will help us bring 4 specific areas to fruition:

• 1) Finalizing season 1 of the H.O.P.E. app:
 The H.O.P.E. app will go public this summer. Season 1 begins with the release of the app, premiering with the modules "Mobility" and "Nutrition". At the end of Season 1, your H.O.P.E. points will be converted into real-life support for non-profit projects that work to reduce local emissions and other conservation and reforestation projects.
• 2) Support: Season 1
 Your ideas will help H.O.P.E. reach its full potential. If you know recipes for climate-friendly dishes or other general tips for more climate-friendliness, we want to hear from you!


Your ideas and response: We'd like to pay particular attention to your questions and are going to set up a focused user support.
• 3) External costs
 Realizing a labor of love with H.O.P.E. dimensions comes with external costs spanning areas like infrastructure, service vendors and public relations.
• 4) Preparing for Season 2 
The fourth area of focus we'll cover with your financial support will go into refining the H.O.P.E. app post-release. We're going to implement new modules and features.

Simply put, the higher your financial support, the faster and more extensive the refinement of existing elements and development of new tools. That means: If we exceed our second crowdfunding goal, every additional Euro will flow into advancing the app. FYI: We're looking forward to 20-plus seasons of new, exciting tools and features!
