Trailhead's new Album "Into The Mountains"

Hey, nice to have you here!

I hope you are well in these turbulent times!
My name is Tobias Panwitz and I would like to have you as a partner for the realization of a pretty unique album concept. But first, maybe I should tell you who I am.

I have been active as singer-songwriter Trailhead for over fifteen years, touring all over Germany and I recorded four albums with Folk / Americana songs so far. The fifth will be different from all previous ones - a concept album that's inspired by my hike across the Eastern Alps from Salzburg to Trieste: "Into the mountains".

Especially now, when many of us are limited when it comes to travel activities, "Into the mountains" is meant to be an inspiration to dream about and plan new hikes and adventures. Along with the album, there will be a book with my Alpine Crossing travel account (in German).

You have the opportunity to support a new music industry by bringing on a project born from the heart and immediate experiences.
The traditional music industry is in crisis. Perhaps this is also because she has always looked too much at large commercial sales figures and too little at smaller, innovative projects. Then there are the challenges of the corona crisis, which has a serious impact on all creative people. And the lockdown has shown how essential the creative industry is, especially in times of crisis. You can use your contribution to directly influence the consequences of these challenges.

To do so you have these options:
- order the album "Into the mountains"
- order one or more of the bundles and perks
- co-finance the album with a free amount (link on the right, above the perks)
- tell someone who might be interested in the album about this campaign
- Share the campaign on your Facebook profile, in a Facebook group, by email, with your hiking buddy ... :)

The goal of this campaign is to collect 3500 euros.
I'll use the money 100% to finance:
- mixing and mastering
- manufacturing of CDs and perks, such as T-shirts
- promotion of the album
- manufacturing of the travel account "In die Berge" in book form (in German)

"Into the mountains" will be a very acoustic album. Like the crossing of the Alps itself, I tackle the songs alone. But along theway I'm getting get help from:

- Rupert Clervaux (Mastering), London

The traditionally commercially minded music industry would never release a concept album like "Into the mountains" in combination with a hiking report. For me, every supporter is practically my label and part of a new music industry through which songs, lyrics and stories are brought to the public that would otherwise remain unsung and untold.
