Justiz-Datenpanne: Kriege ich DSGVO-Schadenersatz?

Ich will Schadenersatz für eine Anordnung nach dem Gewaltschutzgesetz, die das Amtsgericht Bonn irrtümlich gegen mich erlassen hat. Gegen einen Mahnbescheid, den ich erwirkt habe, hat das Amtsgericht Widerspruch eingelegt. Den Fall öffentlich vor Gericht zu bringen, kostet 665 Euro Gerichtsgebühren, die ich mit diesem Crowdfunding einwerben möchte.
