Food is a cultural experience. 3 times a day. Every day. Especially upscale gastronomy is often attached to the classic French cuisine. German cuisine is said to be hearty. We want to show the other side. Up-and-coming restaurants with innovative ideas for high-class menus, where sustainability is not a hurdle. It's just the way to the modern cuisine of the future.
