Es handelt sich dabei um einen Film über die letzten Tage des ehemaligen FH-Gebäudes am Alten Markt in Potsdam sowie über die Diskussion um den Erhalt von DDR-Moderne und die Umgestaltung der Potsdamer Mitte.
