Take food rescue to all of Germany

In April 2017, we launched our first crowdfunding campaign, raising more than €90,000 for our idea of making food saving mainstream.
More than 1700 crowdfunding supporters and many other great people and partners have helped us to open our first rescue market in Berlin Charlottenburg in September 2017.

Together with you we want to rescue surplus food throughout Germany that would otherwise be wasted due to overproduction, odd shapes, or because they are just before or after the best before date.

Every day we recieve messages from you asking us when a Rescue Supermarket will finally come to your city. Hundreds of people have already asked us how they can open a SIRPLUS franchise Rescue Supermarket themselves.

We have learned a lot in the last 1.5 years and would like to pass on our knowledge and experience so that you don't make our mistakes again ;). This is a big step and a complex task for us, for which we need your support.

The financing will lay the foundation for SIRPLUS to be available to develop a franchise concept and soon be able to offer a rescue supermarket throughout Germany. In the meantime, the SIRPLUS team has more than 70 wonderful rescue warriors who are working in our supermarkets, in our warehouse, and in our office, or on the road, rescuing food which would otherwise be wasted.
