Der Sophienhof ist ein kleinbäuerlicher, bio-dynamischer Betrieb (Demeter) im Bremer Umland. Unser Ziel ist es, eine faire, ökologische und regionale Landwirtschaft langfristig zu etablieren. Um dabei marktunabhängiger und noch regionaler wirtschaften zu können, wollen wir unsere solidarische Landwirtschaft weiter ausbauen – und du kannst uns dabei helfen! Dieses Jahr liegt unser Fokus auf eine Angebotserweiterung für Feingemüse (Tomaten, Gurken, etc.), welche wir hiermit finanzieren möchten.
