The Cologne book author Ritchie Pogorzelski is planning a new project called "The Column of Trajan - A War in Colour". The book aims to dispel the outdated views that ancient art was always white and unpainted. It is intended to lay the foundations for the scholarly discussion of ancient art beyond the boundaries of individual subjects. The book aims to vividly show how colourful and versatile the art of the ancient peoples was, thus bringing it back to life. Who are the people behind the project?
The author behind this project is Ritchie Pogorzelski, who has already published several books on the subject of the "Ancient World".
