Ein Buch mit veganen Rezepten zu Hauptgerichten, Kuchen und Torten sowie vielen konkreten Produktempfehlungen.

Aus Unzufriedenheit mit anderen veganen Koch- und Backbüchern, wo die nachgekochten Rezepte meiner Meinung nach nicht sonderlich gut schmecken, habe ich meine Lieblingsrezepte in einem Buch zusammengestellt. Bessere vegane Kuchen als meine gibt es nicht :-) Auf www.chefkoch.de habe ich wenige veröffentlicht und sie sind gleich auf den ersten beiden Plätzen gelandet. Dabei habe ich noch so viel bessere, die ich gerne der Welt zeigen möchte.
