Der einsame Käfersammler Cornelius hat kein Glück in der Liebe, bis er den verqueren Einfall hat es in Sachen Partnersuche den Glühwürmchen gleichzutun. Also macht er sich nachts auf in den Park und versucht mit einer bunten Sammlung von Lichtern Leute zu motivieren auf ihn zuzugehen und ihn kennenzulernen.
