Rückert belegt den Umstand, dass JEDER ZWEITE MORD in Deutschland durch untätige Staatsanwaltschaften, unzulängliche Gesetze und überlastete Mordkommissionen unentdeckt bleibt. Wer das nicht ausnutzt, ist selbst schuld...
