Das Festival für zeitgenössische Künste in Görlitz startet voller Stolz und Trotz wider allen Widrigkeiten in ihre 15. (!) Ausgabe. Das diesjährige Thema der Ausstellung und des begleitenden Programms rankt sich um den Titel "Ohne Gewähr! - No guarantees!" Mit Mut, Wille und großen Aspirationen wird in diesem Jahr in Görlitz-Weinhübel ein ruhendes Gebäude mit Kunst, Pop und Subkultur gefüllt.
