Im Schnitt wirft jeder Bundesbürger 81,6 KG Lebensmittel in den Müll. Wir wollen diese Zahl in ästethisch anspruchsvollen Fotografien visualisieren. Jedes Bild steht exemplarisch für ein Gericht. Die fotografierten Lebensmittel werden gewogen und in Seidenstrümpfe gesteckt. Alle Motive zusammen sind 81,6KG schwer. Um das Projekt sinnlich erfahrbar zu machen wird Chefkoch Mike Oehlke unsere 81,6KG in Rezepte interpretieren. In einem hochwertigen Kunstbuch soll das Projekt jetzt vollendet werden.
